3D CAD FILE TYPES

For the 3D drawing, STEP, STP, STL, IGS, IGES, PRT, SLDPRT, SAT or X_T formats are preferred.

2D DRAWINGS

PDF, DWG, DXF are acceptable, but we highly recommend sending PDF Engineering Drawings for each part.

Please indicate critical dimensions, tolerances, and any threaded holes.
Please indicate material and surface finishing if necessary.

HOW TO COMMUNICATE YOUR NEEDS

To communicate your outdoor ironwork needs, we suggest specifying the quantity, material, style details and surface treatment following the format below:

10x Garden Iron Pavilion (Model: IP-08) – Q235 Carbon Steel – Vintage Scroll Pattern – Hot-dip Galvanizing + Black Powder Coating

If you have a lot of wrought iron products, creating a Bill of Materials (BOM) can make it easier to communicate your needs and upload it when requesting a quote.
